I offer coaching and consulting to business and community leaders who are ready to reach their goals in creating or growing a social mission business. You've already achieved success in many arenas - both personally and professionally - and have many tools and resources that have supported you in getting to where you are today.
Here's what I have to offer: All of my coaching services are geared toward making you more successful, helping you do that in alignment with your commitments and creates lasting, meaningful transformation in how you show up in the world.
As we work together through your projects, I'll support your personal growth as well as business goals. My intention is to have you see the roadblocks (both external and internal) that come up, see the automatic patterns that kick-in that distract from you achieving what you're committed to. Through coaching, you will see new ways of responding and taking action that actually support you to live the life you want to live.

1-to-1 Coaching for Visionary Leaders
This offering is ideal for leaders who are already engaged in a business with a social mission and want focused coaching to achieve personal and professional breakthroughs in business results and leadership.
All sessions are via telephone, once per week for 60 minutes at a time. The fee is $500/month. We set a mutually convenient meeting date and time (ie. Tuesdays at 4 PM).
We'll start by clarifying your goals and objectives and create a project plan to get you where you want to be.

Group Coaching for Social Entrepreneurs
If you enjoy being part of a group, feel it would be valuable to hear the challenges, best practices and successes of your peers, want to save money, or are creating a new venture as a "side project" to a full-time job, group coaching is the right fit for you. Each group is limited in size to four or five people also in the same phase - start-up or growth - of creating a social mission business. We all meet on a free bridgeline, share our goals and concerns, study new tools and resources and I provide coaching for each participant in response to their particular need that day. The fee is $125/month/person for two 60 minute sessions per month.
Each person is invited to "see themselves" in the coaching being given and to give feedback and support to each of the participants.
Start-up
For leaders with an idea, just starting (or thinking about starting) to take action on translating that idea into a viable business with a social mission.
Growth
For leaders who have already formed a business with a social mission and want support in moving it forward. You want accountability, fresh ideas, and a peer network to keep you focused, motivated and moving forward in achieving your goals.
